I'm Kristen Pierce, (she/her) and I'm a Shame Resiliency Coach.
Due to many traumatic experiences in my childhood, I used to crave validation from others. My personal experiences affected how I thought about myself and as a result, I constantly sought love, acceptance, and approval from other people.
After endlessly chasing this external validation for most of my life, personally and professionally, I hit rock bottom, burned out and actually had thoughts of ending it all just to make the unending loop stop!
But then I discovered the power and importance of self-care, self-love, and self-compassion. Through that journey, I rediscovered my own self-worth.
Now I want to help others do the same!
As a certified coach, I use Inner Child and Reparenting techniques to help you let go of past negative experiences. To build personal boundaries for healthy relationships with yourself and others. And through mindset empowerment, self-care and self-love techniques, to become happy with who you are!
